Within each group (side or bottom) ads are displayed in random order. If there are 3 ads on the side, you have a 1 in 3 opportunity to be at the top of the list each time the page is displayed. Similarly for the bottom ads. All ads are 60x120 pixels and can have a link to your website.

An ad can be displayed on the Member pages (viewed by those members who are seeking an apartment to rent), or on the Landlord pages (viewed by landlord members who are listing apartments for rent).

Ad Rates

Ad rates are for a 30 day run.

To place an ad, you must create a free advertiser membership. After that, you can create new ads and manage your existing ads.
